In 2017 we brought two top Finnish floorball teams, Classic and TPS to play a historic match at Our Tampines Hub, Singapore. More than 1,700 specators attended the sold-out event, which was streamed live by Discovery Channel. I was a part of a multi-national team and in charge of world-wide PR and marketing campaign as well as building the website and visual content and frames for the event. I was also in charge of the event production and customer care.
During the week-long event the teams coached the Singapore Men’s National team as well as over 50 school teams. Also, Classic Floorball Academy was launched in the Welcome Event, which was attended with her excellency, the Ambassador of Finland. Now Classic Floorball Academy provides workshops and training for floorball players, from beginners to pro-athletes.
